When the election polls close at 7 p.m. this Thursday, head to restaurants around town and you may see a candidate. Below you will find responses when we asked the campaigns for election night plans for mayoral, vice-mayoral, at-large, and districtncouncil candidates. Many Metro Council candidates are attending other candidate events.

Jennifer Webb, District 10: “My campaign will be watching results starting at 6 at Long Hollow Pizza on conference drive in Goodlettsville TN, and it is open to district residents.”

Eric Patton, District 11: “We’re hosting an event at Rhythm in the Village at 1053 Donelson in Old Hickory.”

Sherard Edington, District 11: “Election Night Watch Party, The Back Corner, 1411 5th Avenue North, starting at 6:30 p.m..”

Erin Evans, District 12: “I am unopposed so I am planning on going to events rather than hosting anything. I am going to go to the Jordan Huffman for District 14 event, then to the Jeff Syracuse for at large and Jeff Gregg for District 15 joint event, then hopefully to Freddie O’Connell’s event.”

Sheri Weiner, District 22: “I do not have election night plans for my campaign as I will be hosting a swearing in and party for the community in September.”

John Reed, District 29: “We just solidified our Election Night Watch Party details for the John Reed for Metro Council District 29 campaign. We will be hosting it at Betty Lou’s Lounge (21+) located at 2819 Smith Springs Rd, Nashville, TN 37217. It will be from 6:30-9:30 p.m., or later depending on results. We will have light appetizers for guests. Drinks and cocktails can be purchased at the bars. We will also have live coverage of the results of the District 29 election, as well as the county-wide elections on TVs.
